How to measure

A simple, consistent measurement is more useful than trying to make it look smaller.

Chest or bust

Around the fullest part, with the tape level across your back.

Waist

Around your natural waist, usually above the belly button.

Hips

Around the fullest part of your seat, with feet together.

A useful distinction

Body measurements in a size guide describe the person a size is intended for. Garment measurements describe the clothing itself and include wearing ease. When possible, compare like with like.
